From Barriers to Breakthroughs: Social Procurement Solutions
As you know, the social procurement journey can be complex and iterative, but leads to the creation of powerful impact. Many organizations run into a variety of challenges when trying to put social procurement into practice. Whether it’s navigating internal policies, finding the right suppliers, measuring impact, creating change management among your team, or gaining leadership buy-in.
You are not alone in experiencing some challenges to driving social procurement forward.
This interactive workshop is designed to tackle those challenges together. Participants can bring forward the social procurement barriers they’re facing, and we’ll work collaboratively to unpack them, explore practical solutions, and share strategies that have worked for others.
We want to hear from you!
Whether you are 6 months or 6 years into the social procurement journey, you likely have encountered some bumps along the way.
Challenges can be submitted ahead of time via email, please contact niamh@buysocialcanada.com. If you prefer, we can keep your request anonymous. Please submit your challenges by March 25th.
The social procurement journey will require changes in policy, practice and culture and can have incredible impact in communities – it’s worth it.
Through facilitated discussion and group problem-solving, you’ll leave this session with new ideas, practical tools, and peer insights to help move your organization forward.
Come ready to share, learn, and solve problems together.
After we the primary content there will be space for networking in virtual tables.
Social Purchasing Partners and BCSPI members will receive calendar invitations to join the event.
